Brad has spent almost two decades as a sales engineer, helping enterprise security teams decide whether a product will hold up in their environment before they commit to it. He spent ten years at IBM Security, where he ran technical evaluations of QRadar SIEM and explained the technology to both the engineers using it and the leaders paying for it. Years in the field taught him how security tools get used day to day, once the demo is over and the customer’s team has to work with them. At Mindgard, he leads proof-of-value engagements for LLM applications and AI agents. He tests customer systems against attacks like prompt injection and data leakage so teams can see where they’re actually exposed. He also works with Mindgard’s channel partners to scope evaluations and bring AI red teaming to their customers.
