We’ve spun-out from a leading UK university, and our mission is to secure the future of AI against cyber attacks targeting Deep Learning, GenAI, and LLMs. This is an unsolved challenge globally, and we are among the world’s first to offer a solution to this rapidly growing problem. 

We’ve raised $4M from an excellent group of investors, released our first product offering: Mindgard AI Security Labs, and continue to build a team of engineers to join us on our journey. 

 

The role 

We are seeking a talented and experienced Operations/Office Manager to co-ordinate and structure the day-to-day operations out of our HQ office in Canary Wharf, London. 

As we continue to aggressively grow our amazing team, we need a highly talented individual to co-ordinate a wide range of activities within the company. This will range from co-ordinating company attendance at international conferences, through assisting with the end-to-end hiring process, to helping with a wide range of process documentation, basic financial assistance.  Another key part of the role is to provide Executive Assistant orientated support to the two co-founders to assist with their workload. 

We are a start-up, so the successful candidate will fully understand that this role will be wide ranging and priorities will dynamically change as we respond to market requirements.  We are looking for a core member of our team to co-ordinate across all departments to ensure the smooth running of the business, which will require the candidate to ideally be highly organised, dynamic and creative in nature. 

As we are a fast growing start-up, there will be opportunity for the successful candidate to grow into other roles alongside the company’s own scaling. 

The role will be based at our Canary Wharf offices in London and will be predominantly onsite but with the ability to work from home with prior agreement. 

 

What you will be doing:

  • Build out a set of standard processes and documentation to assist the company structure a wide range of activities, from the end-to-end hiring process to co-ordinating industry dinners and through to more day-to-day activities that help the company operate 
  • Assist our Head of Growth Marketing with national and international conference logistics 
  • Assist with day-to-day financial co-ordination across payroll, invoice payments and other financial operations 
  • Work closely with the two co-founders to free up their time across a wide range of Executive Assistant orientated activities 

 

Who you are:

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with start-up experience preferred 
  • Worked as a senior Executive Assistant for an individual within a large scale, international Enterprise  
  • Great interpersonal and positivity skills 
  • A natural ability to organise yourself and everyone around you 
  • A pragmatic approach to simplifying processes and documentation 
  • Ability to bring a team of diverse individuals together as a cohesive unit and become the ‘lifeblood’ of the company
